We had some painting and vent repair done on our 3 story stucco townhouse. Very prompt response through out the process. Workers very polite and neat. Excellent work and price. Very good communication process via text-phone-email.

We had GY6 Built wash the house exterior, seal all of the stucco interfaces and repair some water damage. They took our stucco inspection report and completed every single repair and recommendation on it for a very reasonable price. The cleaned our gutters and repainted the repaired area. Al in all they did a first rate job and I would recommend them to our friends and family.

I had a 4 day window to tear out the back door and replace with a 16' foot door and Albert and the GY6 team delivered! Everything was started and completed on the days they were promised. The job site was kept completely clean and constant accurate updates were given. I will be calling GY6 for every upcoming remodeling job on my home for years to come. Thanks Albert!

GY6 Built repair water damaged OSB caused by poorly installed kick out flashing. They removed stucco, repaired defective flashing, replaced the stucco and painted the entire house. The work was professional and they tidied up each evening.

He brought a can of paint to our house to show us on a section of brick what it would look like. He even came to my house to do an extra inspection to see if there were any additional issues. He also lowered the cost of the work after realizing the scope of work was less than the estimate.
